Leave the (relatively) beaten trail with a boat ride north of Mandalay and you'll be rewarded with beautiful nature and the lovliest people who always have a smile ready for you. The thousands of stupas and temples of Bagan are just amazing. You'll find yourself in awe at the Shwedagon Pagoya in Yangon. We loved Myanmar!
