Ramnagar, India, oct 16 – oct 20, 2010

The reason for going to Ramnagar was access to the Corbett National Park, a large reserve for tigers and many other animals. We didn’t see any tigers on our safari, but enjoyed it very much none the less. We did see three different types of deer, two species of monkeys, many different types of birds and tons of termite hills – apparently a favorite place for bears in the park to snack. I have no photos to share because my camera got lost/stolen on the way to Ramnagar, but you can find some at Jenny's blog post (scroll down below the ones from Rishikesh).
