Mcleod Ganj, India, oct 01 – oct 08, 2010

Mcleod Ganj is the home the Tibetan government in exile and the residence of his holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. We were lucky enough to be there when the Dalai Lama was in residence and giving a three-day-long teaching. We were able to get tickets and join the teachings, although we could not meet the Dalai Lama in person. The small town was of course bustling with Tibetan Buddhist monks. It was nice to breathe fresh mountain air after the smog-polluted New Delhi air!
