The city of tango has a lot to offer. We had a nice studio apartment in Palermo and got a refresh/crash course in Spanish for two weeks. Our favorite things about BA: Porteños dancing tango at a plaza in San Telmo, the beautiful and simple architecture of the first Italian immigrants in La Boca, the world cup qualification game ARG vs. ECU at the river plate stadium, the impressive and over the top cemetery in Recoleta, the street concerts in Recoleta and San Telmo on sundays, the percussion concert "la bomba de tiempo" at Konex, and our graffiti tour to see some awesome, local street art! Buenos Aires has it all: very urban, a little edgy, lots of dog poop and lots of things to discover!
